Every recipient is a patient with a distinct and unique journey. Using our years of expertise and skills, we tailor an individual fertility treatment programme. The Egg / Sperm Donor Recipient Programme offers the golden opportunity to become a parent. There are two options when choosing a donor.
Egg donation is the donation of eggs from one woman to another. The donor can be anonymous or, a relative or a friend. CEDA has a wide range of donors from all cultures and backgrounds. All egg donors remain anonymous. Egg donors undergo a comprehensive medical screening including a medical evaluation, blood tests for infectious diseases, and a family medical history.
Should you wish to choose an egg donor, a profile of the egg donor including physical traits, hobbies, occupation and lifestyle habits will be provided.
Why use donor eggs?
There may be many reasons why you’re considering using donor eggs. Egg Donation may be an ideal solution for the following reasons:

Past medical treatments or surgeries that have caused infertility – If you have had cancer treatment or have had your ovaries removed.
Genetically inheritance – if you possess a genetic condition/disease and have a high risk of passing it on to your offspring.
Advanced maternal age – women over 35 years of age have an increased risk of transmitting genetic syndromes associated with chromosomal abnormalities such as Down syndrome.
If you are same-sex couple interested in having a baby through Surrogacy.
